A tasting menu built around the region's best produce. Seven courses, one seating per evening, zero pretense.
Restaurant Greda began as a pop-up in 2021 and found its permanent home in a stone cottage outside Zagreb. Chef Lena Vuković runs a tight menu based on preservation, fermentation, and the short window when produce is at its peak.
The room is simple, the food is not. Every dish is built from what's nearby — the Fruška Gora hills, the Danube, the local farms we've known for years.
Lena Vuković trained in Copenhagen and Ljubljana before returning home to open Greda. Her cooking is shaped by the belief that the best ingredients need the least interference — but the most intention.
"I want you to taste the hills, the river, the season. Not my technique."
